Processing of data on the Site
Cookie files and emails
In accordance with the Terms of Service, we use and collect cookie files, as well as email addresses, to identify and document the journey a user has taken through our products, as well as his or her historical use of the Site and Services. These user journeys and historical usage may be grouped and analyzed in order to improve the user experience of our products. Right to access

A right of erasure
It is your right to request the erasure of personal data concerning you as soon as possible, and we will be obligated to erase personal data without undue delay when required by law, including:
- It is no longer necessary to collect or otherwise process the personal data for the purposes for which they were collected;
- The processing of the data no longer has a legal basis;
- It is your objection to the processing and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for the processing;
- There has been an unlawful processing of personal data;
- In accordance with the applicable laws to which we are subject, we are required to erase the personal data.
Right to restriction of processing
It is your right to request from us a restriction of processing if one of the following applies to you:
- It is contested by you that the personal data is accurate, for a period of time that allows us to verify the accuracy of the personal data;
- As a result, you oppose the erasure of the personal data and instead request a restriction on their use;
- There is no longer a need for the personal data to be processed, but they are required by you for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
- In accordance with applicable law, you have objected to the processing of your personal information.
It is your right at any time to object to the processing of personal data relating to you, based on grounds relating to your particular situation. When an objection is made, we will no longer process the personal data unless we can demonstrate reasonable grounds for the processing, which override your interests, rights, and freedoms, or for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
Withdrawal of consent for data protection
Any time you wish to withdraw your consent for the processing of your personal data, you may do so. In turn, the Company reserves the right to terminate your access to the Site and Services at any time and for any reason.

Processed data duration
Unless otherwise required by law, we will process your personal data only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. Data will be deleted after the period has expired.
